It is an estimate, not a quote. It multiplies your own inputs — units serviced, average claim value and the share of work unclaimed or denied — so its accuracy depends entirely on those numbers. The free claims audit gives you the real figure from your actual claim records.
What should I enter if I do not know my unclaimed percentage?
Start with a low, conservative number and compare it with a more realistic one. Your service manager or warranty administrator usually has a sense of how often claims are denied, short-paid or never filed.
Is the information I enter saved or sent anywhere?
No. The estimate is calculated in your browser and nothing you type into the calculator is submitted. We only receive information if you choose to request a free audit.
Which claim types does the estimate cover?
