NIST AI Risk Management Framework
The NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF 1.0) helps organizations design, develop and use AI in ways that are trustworthy. It is built around four functions — Govern, Map, Measure and Manage — and characteristics such as validity, safety, security, transparency, privacy and fairness.

Why it matters to your dealership
A wrong failure code or a misleading claim description costs you money and credibility with the manufacturer. The AI RMF is how we keep AI help accurate and accountable.
Our status
Dealer Suite 360 manages AI risk using the NIST AI RMF. The AI RMF is voluntary and has no certification.
How Dealer Suite 360 applies it
- Map: every AI use in the platform is listed with what it does and what could go wrong.
- Measure: each AI-drafted issue carries a confidence score so specialists know which ones to check most closely.
- Manage: low-confidence AI output is flagged for closer human review instead of being used as-is.
- Govern: humans stay accountable for every claim; AI never submits anything on its own.
Dealer Suite 360 is designed and operated in alignment with these frameworks. Alignment does not imply formal certification.
