What the audit reviews

What we look at in your free claims audit

A Dealer Suite 360 specialist reviews your recent warranty activity the way a manufacturer reviewer would — line by line — to find money your dealership earned but was never paid.

Denied and short-paid claims

Claim lines that were denied, adjusted or partially paid, and whether the documentation or labor coding could support an appeal or a refile.

Covered work never filed

Repairs your technicians completed on units that were still under coverage but never turned into a DAF, PDI, warranty, extended-warranty or insurance claim.

Approved but unpaid

Claims that were approved on the manufacturer portal but never reconciled to a payment — money that is owed but has not landed.

Documentation quality

How your claims are built: FRC line coding, labor hours, per-line photos and notes — the details that decide whether a claim survives review.

What you receive

What your dealership gets back

The audit is written for a dealer principal or service manager, not a claims specialist. You get:

  • A plain-language summary of what looks recoverable, grouped by claim type and by manufacturer.
  • The specific denied, unfiled and unpaid items we found, so your team can verify them.
  • The documentation gaps that most often cost you approvals, and how to close them.
  • A clear explanation of how managed claims recovery would work for you — including the plan we recommend, Momentum or Turbo, at its published flat monthly price. You see what you are leaving on the table before you pay a dollar. The audit itself is free.

How long does it take?

Days, not months. Once we have your claim records, a specialist reviews them and walks you through the findings on a call. There is nothing to install and no change to your DMS — Dealer Suite 360 runs alongside the systems you already use.

Who the audit is for

The free claims audit is built for RV dealerships in Canada and the United States that sell and service new or used units, including:

  • Dealers selling Jayco, Forest River, Heartland, Keystone, Columbia NW or Midwest Auto units, among the 16 major manufacturers we cover (ask us about others).
  • Service managers and warranty administrators who suspect claims are being denied, short-paid or never filed.
  • Dealer principals and general managers who want an outside, line-by-line view before committing to anything.
  • Dealerships working in English, French or Spanish — we serve all three.

Free claims audit — questions

Is the claims audit really free?

Yes. The audit costs nothing and carries no obligation. If you then choose to work with us, claims recovery is one flat monthly fee with unlimited claims, and you keep 100% of what we recover — we don’t take a cut. Sign for 12 months and save 20%. Other services are add-ons; see Pricing.

How long does a free claims audit take?

Days, not months. The timing depends mostly on how quickly we receive your claim records; once we have them, a specialist reviews them and walks you through what we found.

What do I need to provide for the audit?

Usually your recent warranty claim records and any denial or adjustment notices you have. We tell you exactly what is useful on the first call, and your data is encrypted, tenant-isolated and handled in line with PIPEDA.

Do I have to install software or change my DMS?

No. The audit needs nothing installed, and Dealer Suite 360 runs alongside any DMS — it does not replace your existing systems.

What happens after the audit?

You decide. You can keep the findings and act on them yourself, or have our specialists build, file and fight the recoverable claims on the manufacturer portals and track them to payment.
