Why it matters to your dealership
Your staff and customers use the portal on phones, tablets and shop-floor screens, in two languages. Accessible design makes it faster and clearer for everyone — and supports obligations such as Ontario’s AODA.
Our status
Dealer Suite 360 is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have not completed a formal conformance audit; report any barrier and we will fix it.
How Dealer Suite 360 applies it
- Text and controls designed for strong colour contrast.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Form fields have labels, clear error messages and autofill hints (including one-time codes).
- Layouts adapt to phone width without horizontal scrolling.
- Full English and French, with the page language declared for screen readers.
Dealer Suite 360 is designed and operated in alignment with these frameworks. Alignment does not imply formal certification.
