Dealer Suite 360

Careers

Put money back into Canada’s RV dealerships.

Dealer Suite 360 builds, files and fights warranty claims for RV dealerships, and runs the platform their service departments work in. We are hiring the specialists who make that work, starting in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.

Why Dealer Suite 360

Specialist work that shows up in dollars.

We are a Canadian company doing one hard thing well: getting dealerships paid for the warranty work they already did. Here is what that means for the people who join us.

Work with a visible result

Every claim you build, every dispute you win and every dealer you onboard shows up as money recovered for a real dealership. You will always know what your work produced.

Expertise is the job

We hire people who know RV service, manufacturer warranty, and F&I, and give them the tools and authority to use that knowledge. There are no scripts to read from.

Early-team influence

Our playbooks, processes and platform are still being shaped. The people who join now will decide how Dealer Suite 360 works in their province for years to come.

Built in Canada, bilingual by design

We have offices in Toronto, Montreal and Cheyenne and serve dealers in English, French and Spanish. Quebec roles are French-first, and every team works across languages.

Open positions

Current openings

Careers FAQ

Where are Dealer Suite 360’s jobs located?

Field roles (warranty claims managers, warranty managers, F&I managers and account managers) are based in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and work with partner dealerships in that province. Corporate roles such as marketing, business development, claims specialists and customer success are remote anywhere in Canada. Our offices are in Toronto (Ontario), Montreal (Quebec) and Cheyenne (Wyoming).

Do I need to speak French?

For roles based in Quebec, yes: fluent French is required and English is an asset. Elsewhere, fluent English is required, and French or Spanish is a strong asset because we serve dealers in all three languages.

Do I need RV industry experience?

For field roles, experience in an RV, powersports, marine or automotive dealership (service, warranty or F&I) is strongly preferred. For corporate roles, we value relevant professional experience and a willingness to learn the RV business quickly.

How do I apply?

Open the role you are interested in and use the Apply button. Upload your resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB) and answer a few short questions. You can also send a general application from the careers page, or email your resume to [email protected].

Will I hear back?

Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. We contact shortlisted candidates directly by email or phone to set up an introductory call.

How is my personal information used?

Your application is used only to evaluate you for roles at Dealer Suite 360. It is sent securely to our careers inbox, is not shared with third parties, and is handled in line with our privacy policy and Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA).
