Why it matters to your dealership
We use AI to help prepare claims faster — drafting descriptions, suggesting failure codes and checking photos. ISO/IEC 42001 is how we keep that help accurate, reviewable and under human control.
Our status
Dealer Suite 360 governs its AI features using ISO/IEC 42001 principles. We are not ISO/IEC 42001 certified.
How Dealer Suite 360 applies it
- AI suggests; people decide. Every AI-drafted claim element is reviewed by a claims specialist before it reaches a manufacturer.
- Dealership data sent to our AI provider is used only to produce that result — not to train public models.
- Specialists accept, edit or discard every AI-drafted issue — nothing is used unreviewed.
- Our AI provider is named in our privacy policy.
Dealer Suite 360 is designed and operated in alignment with these frameworks. Alignment does not imply formal certification.
