Pricing & terms
How much does Dealer Suite 360 cost?
Claims recovery is one flat monthly fee. Momentum is $799 a month and Turbo is $1,499 a month, for one rooftop with unlimited claims. Enterprise is quoted for dealer groups and multi-location operations. Sign for 12 months and save 20%. Every other service is an add-on. See the Pricing page.
Do you take a cut of what you recover?
No. Claims recovery is a flat subscription: Momentum at $799 a month or Turbo at $1,499 a month (CAD, one rooftop), and Enterprise by quote for dealer groups. Every plan includes unlimited claims, with no percentage and no per-claim fees. Recover $20,000 in a month and you keep all $20,000 — you only pay your plan.
How does that compare with an in-house claims manager?
An in-house claims manager is paid a salary, a commission on what they file, or both — plus benefits, training, vacations and turnover. Our plan costs a fraction of that, you get a full team of claims specialists, and you never have to hire, train or replace anyone. Your service team is freed from claims paperwork.
How do we know it will pay off?
Start with the free claims audit: we show you what you are leaving on the table before you pay a dollar, with no obligation. For most dealerships, a handful of recovered claims a month can cover the plan — and because claims are unlimited, everything we recover beyond that stays with you.
Is pricing the same for every dealership?
Yes, for a single rooftop: Momentum and Turbo have published prices, the same for every dealership, and annual billing takes 20% off. Dealer groups and multi-location operations get an Enterprise quote. Same price every month, however many claims you file.
Do we pay separately for the dealership platform?
It depends on your plan. The platform subscription covers the full dealership platform — PDI and DAF inspections by VIN, VIN inventory, parts tracking and the branded portals — with claims recovery built in. Your free claims audit is where we recommend the plan that fits; see the Platform and Pricing pages.
How claims recovery works
What is managed RV warranty claims recovery?
It means specialists handle your warranty claims end to end: they inspect, document, file on the manufacturer portal, track every line and reconcile payments. The How It Works page walks through all five stages.
Do you submit the claims for us?
Yes. We file each claim on the manufacturer portal, log the claim and pre-authorization numbers, and track every line to a decision. See the Claims Recovery page for the full service.
What happens when a claim is denied?
We appeal it. A denial is usually a fixable problem such as a wrong FRC code, a missing photo or a thin description, so the line is reworked, resubmitted and pushed toward full payment.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically up to 30 days. Onboarding is operator-assisted: we verify your dealership, connect your workflow, set up your portals and train your team. Once you are onboarded, claim work starts immediately. The Onboarding page explains each step.
Does Dealer Suite 360 replace our DMS?
No. We run alongside whatever DMS you already use and replace nothing; we handle the claims workflow your DMS was never built for.
Coverage: manufacturers, RV types and claim types
Which RV manufacturers do you cover?
We cover 16 major RV manufacturers, including Jayco, Forest River, Heartland, Keystone, Columbia NW and Midwest Auto. Each has its own page under Manufacturers We Cover.
Which RV types do you handle?
All 10 RV types: travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A, Class C, van campers, small trailers, pop-ups, toy haulers, truck campers and destination trailers. See the RV Coverage page.
What types of claims do you handle?
Five claim types: DAF, PDI, warranty, extended warranty and insurance. Getting DAF and PDI right up front protects the warranty claims that follow.
Do you serve dealers in both Canada and the United States?
Yes. Dealer Suite 360 serves RV dealerships across Canada and the United States, from independent stores to multi-rooftop groups. See the Who We Serve page.
Do you handle extended warranty and insurance claims too?
Yes. Extended-warranty claims are managed against the right provider and plan terms, and insurance claims are documented to the standard adjusters expect.
Platform & portals
What is included in the Dealer Suite 360 platform today?
PDI and DAF inspections by VIN, VIN inventory, parts tracking tied to claims, real-time claim status and branded owner, staff and customer portals. Warranty-program administration is also live. See the Platform page.
Can we see the status of every claim?
Yes, in real time. Every claim, FRC line, photo and status is visible in your dealer portal, and customers can follow their own claim in the customer portal.
Is the customer portal branded to our dealership?
Yes. The customer portal runs under your dealership’s brand, so customers see their unit, warranty and claim status as an extension of you.
Do we have to adopt the whole platform to use claims recovery?
No. Claims recovery stands on its own; you can start there and let the rest of the platform come online around it.
Which features are on the roadmap rather than live?
Financing, F&I services, marketing and lead generation, revenue services, on-site and mobile service, roadside assistance, protection plans, parts commerce and a public API are on the roadmap and not available yet.
Security, languages & getting started
