NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0
The NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0, published by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology in 2024, organizes cybersecurity into six functions: Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover. It is voluntary and used by organizations of every size.

Why it matters to your dealership
It gives a plain map of what “good security” looks like end to end — not just keeping attackers out, but noticing problems quickly and recovering from them.
Our status
Dealer Suite 360 uses NIST CSF 2.0 as a reference for its security program. The CSF has no certification.
How Dealer Suite 360 applies it
- Govern: security decisions are owned by named people and written into how we build and deploy.
- Identify & Protect: we know which systems hold dealership data and protect them with access control, 2FA and encryption.
- Detect: new-device sign-in alerts, failed-attempt tracking and delivery/bounce monitoring on every email we send.
- Respond: accounts can be locked and every session revoked instantly; affected dealerships are told promptly.
- Recover: backups and versioned releases let us restore service and data.
Dealer Suite 360 is designed and operated in alignment with these frameworks. Alignment does not imply formal certification.
