Trust center
The frameworks Dealer Suite 360 is built around.
Security, privacy, AI governance and accessibility aren’t add-ons. These are the recognized frameworks we design and operate the platform against — and exactly how we apply each one.
Dealer Suite 360 is designed and operated in alignment with these frameworks. Alignment does not imply formal certification.
All frameworksHow your data is protected
We work inside your business without ever putting it at risk. Your claims, your customers and your numbers stay confidential.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Dealership data is encrypted as it moves between your browser, the portals and our systems, and encrypted where it is stored.
Strict tenant isolation
Each dealership’s data is isolated from every other dealership’s. No dealer ever sees another dealer’s claims, customers or numbers.
Role-based access
Owner, staff and customer portals each show only what that role needs. Customers see their own unit and claim status — nothing else.
Confidentiality
Your claims, customer records and recovery figures are treated as confidential business information and used only to deliver the service to you.
Privacy alignment
Our privacy practices are aligned with PIPEDA, and we design them with provincial privacy requirements in mind, including Quebec’s for our Quebec dealers.
Your data stays yours
The dealership owns its data. We process it to run your claims and your portals, not to build a business of our own on top of it.
We never sell, share, or compete with your dealership. Full stop.
Who can see what
Access in Dealer Suite 360 follows the three portals. Each one is scoped to a role, so people see the information their job requires and nothing more.
- Owners: the full view of their dealership — claims, recovery, inventory and inspections
- Staff: the claims, inspections, units and parts they work on
- Customers: their own unit, warranty and claim status, under your dealership’s brand
- Dealer Suite 360 specialists: the claim information needed to build, file and track your claims

Security questions
Is our dealership data encrypted?
Yes. Dealer Suite 360 encrypts dealership data in transit and at rest, across the owner, staff and customer portals.
Can other dealerships see our claims or customers?
No. Every dealership is strictly tenant-isolated, so no dealer can see another dealer’s claims, customers or numbers.
Who owns the data we put into Dealer Suite 360?
Your dealership does. We use it to run your claims and portals, and we never sell it, share it, or use it to compete with you.
Can our customers see internal dealership information?
No. Access is role-based: customers see only their own unit, warranty and claim status, while owners and staff see what their role requires.
Is Dealer Suite 360 PIPEDA compliant?
Our privacy practices are aligned with PIPEDA, Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law. Details are in our PIPEDA compliance statement and privacy policy.
How do we report a security concern?
Email [email protected] or call (800) 431-4299 with as much detail as you can, and our team will follow up directly.
