What runs the platform today
Available now, in production, behind every claim we recover.
PDI & DAF inspections
Structured Pre-Delivery and Dealer Authorization inspections tied to the unit — every finding photographed, logged, and ready to become a claim line. This is the RV dealer claims management workflow your DMS was never built for.
Unit & VIN inventory
Every unit tracked by VIN — the primary key for the whole platform. Warranty and extended-warranty status, DAF and PDI state, and full claim history live on the unit record.
Parts tracking & ordering
Track parts per claim line from order to receipt, whether sourced from the manufacturer or locally, and match them back to the exact line they belong to.
Branded portals
Three portals, one platform: owners manage billing and staff, staff run day-to-day claims and units, and customers get a white-label customer portal under your dealership brand.
It complements your DMS — it doesn’t replace it
Keep the system that runs your floor. We handle the layer it was never built for.
Your DMS keeps running the floor
Sales, F&I, service scheduling, accounting — whatever your DMS does well, it keeps doing. Nothing gets ripped out. IDS-Astra, EverLogic, Lightspeed, Motility — we sit alongside, not on top.
We own the claims layer
Inspections, FRC lines, per-line photos, manufacturer filing, appeals, parts reconciliation — the claims recovery workflow that lives in spreadsheets and email at most dealerships now lives in one system.
Everything ties back to the VIN
Because the platform is organized around the unit, inspections, claims, parts, and customer visibility all connect — without asking your DMS to do a job it was never designed to do.
Everything under one roof — coming online
Claims recovery is the entry point, not the ceiling. The platform is being built as a full RV dealership platform, and new modules come online over time — each one sharing the same unit records, the same portals, and the same dealer-to-dealer approach.
We’d rather under-promise here. The capabilities below are on the roadmap and expanding — they are not live today. When a module is ready, it shows up in your portal. Until then, claims recovery leads, and it stands on its own.
- Marketing & lead generation — on the roadmap, coming as the platform expands
- Customer experience tools — CRM, follow-up, and engagement, coming
- Network & marketplace features — dealer-to-dealer inventory and connections, coming
- Financing and F&I support — on the roadmap, coming
Claims always leads. Everything else comes online around it — sharing the same unit records, the same portals, the same platform.
Platform questions
Does this replace my DMS?
No. The platform complements your DMS — it runs the claims and inspection layer your DMS was never built for, alongside whatever system already runs your floor. You don’t rip anything out.
Is the customer portal white-label?
Yes. The customer portal for RV dealers runs under your dealership’s brand, so your customers see their unit, warranty, and claim status as an extension of you — not us.
What’s included today versus coming?
Available today: PDI & DAF inspections, unit and VIN inventory, parts tracking and ordering, and the three branded portals. Coming as the platform expands: marketing and lead generation, customer experience tools, and network/marketplace features. Those are on the roadmap — not live yet.
Do I have to adopt the whole platform to use claims recovery?
No. Claims recovery is module one and stands on its own — you can start there and let the rest of the platform come online around it as new modules ship.
Where is it built?
Built in Quebec, serving dealers across Canada and the US — bilingual English and French throughout, portals and support included.
