Why it matters to your dealership
Your customers’ names, addresses and unit details pass through claims and service work. ISO/IEC 27701 is the playbook for handling that personal information responsibly on your behalf.
Our status
Dealer Suite 360 follows ISO/IEC 27701 privacy practices. We are not ISO/IEC 27701 certified.
How Dealer Suite 360 applies it
- We act as a processor for your customers’ information: we use it only to deliver the services you ask for.
- We collect only what a claim or service actually needs, and publish a retention period (email data is kept 13 months).
- Our privacy policy names every service provider that processes data for us.
- Access to personal information is limited by role.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion) are handled through a single, published contact.
Dealer Suite 360 is designed and operated in alignment with these frameworks. Alignment does not imply formal certification.
