How a recovery unfolds
An anonymized walk-through from our first dealer client — name withheld, available on request.
The backlog we inherit
A dealership hands us a stack of claims their service desk never had time to fight — denied lines, partial approvals written off, units sitting on the lot with unbilled warranty work. Nothing had been abandoned on purpose; there was simply never enough time.
Rebuild, refile, appeal
We rebuild each claim to the manufacturer’s standard — correct FRC lines, defensible labor hours, per-line photos — then refile on the portal, answer info requests, and appeal the denials. Each line moves independently toward a decision, and each decision is visible in the dealer portal.
Paid out and reconciled
Approvals get chased to payment, parts get tracked, and invoices get matched to the right claim lines. The dealer sees clean, paid-out numbers — and pays a percentage of what was actually recovered, nothing more.
What dealers get
Full visibility
Every claim, every FRC line, every status and photo lives in your portal in real time — you always know what is filed, what is fighting, and what is paid.
Fewer denials
Claims built to each manufacturer’s FRC system, with the documentation that survives review — so lines that used to get written off get approved instead.
Faster payment
We chase approvals to payment and reconcile the money owed, turning claims that would have aged out into reimbursement that actually lands.
No upfront cost
No retainers and no per-seat software fees. You pay a percentage of what we recover — and if a claim recovers nothing, you owe nothing on it.
Every number on this page is a placeholder until it is a real, approved figure. We would rather show you the mechanism than a statistic we cannot yet stand behind.
Results questions
How soon will I see results?
It depends on the size of your backlog and how each manufacturer moves, since every claim line is decided independently. New claims start moving as soon as we build and file them; older denied and partial claims take longer because they run through appeals. You watch each one progress in your portal rather than waiting for a single end date.
Will you share references?
Yes — on request. We currently work closely with our first dealer client, whose name we keep confidential until they agree to be named. We are glad to arrange a direct conversation for serious prospects rather than pointing to numbers you cannot verify.
How is my percentage calculated, at a high level?
You pay a share of what we actually recover on your behalf — reimbursement that reaches your dealership. It is a percentage of collected dollars, not of what we file or attempt, so our incentive is the same as yours: recover as much as possible. Your exact rate is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
