Who Dealer Suite 360 is for
The service is built around the RV dealership. Everyone else on this page benefits from the same cleaner, better-documented claims.
Independent RV dealerships
The problem: warranty claims compete with everything else on a busy service desk, and denied lines go unappealed. How we help: specialists build, file and fight your DAF, PDI, warranty, extended-warranty and insurance claims, for one flat monthly fee — and you keep 100% of what is recovered.
Multi-rooftop dealership groups
The problem: every store files claims its own way, and nobody sees the whole picture. How we help: the same five-stage workflow runs at every rooftop, with consolidated visibility across your stores in the owner portal.
RV manufacturers
The problem: incomplete claims mean info requests, rework and back-and-forth. How it helps: claims arrive on the manufacturer portal with the correct FRC lines, per-line photos, labor and parts already documented to that manufacturer’s standard.
Service managers & technicians
The problem: paperwork pulls people off the floor. How we help: the staff portal shows every claim, inspection and part in one place, with PDI and DAF inspections recorded by VIN, so the team fixes units while we handle the claims.
Warranty administrators, lenders & F&I partners
Warranty-program administration is live today. Financing and F&I modules are on the roadmap, not available yet; they are being designed to connect to the same claims and coverage records.
Independent RV dealerships
Most independent dealers do not have a dedicated warranty administrator for every manufacturer, and each manufacturer runs its own portal, FRC system and rules. Claims get deprioritized when the shop is busy, and partial approvals are accepted instead of pushed to full.
Dealer Suite 360 takes the claims workflow off your desk. We cover Jayco, Forest River, Heartland, Keystone, Columbia NW and Midwest Auto, all 10 RV types and 5 claim types, and run alongside your DMS without replacing it. One flat monthly fee covers unlimited claims — Momentum or Turbo for a single rooftop, Enterprise for groups — and you keep 100% of what we recover. Start with a free claims audit.
Multi-rooftop dealership groups
Groups need consistency. Each rooftop gets the same inspection, documentation and filing workflow, so claim quality no longer depends on which store — or which person — built the claim.
Owners get consolidated visibility across rooftops: real-time claim status, recovered amounts and open items for every store, while each location keeps its own staff and customer portals.
RV manufacturers
Dealer Suite 360 works on behalf of dealerships, not manufacturers. The benefit to a manufacturer is practical: claims that reach its portal are complete, coded to its FRC system and supported by the photos and labor detail its reviewers ask for, which means fewer info requests and less rework on both sides.
Warranty administrators, lenders & F&I partners
Warranty-program administration is part of the platform today. Financing, F&I services and consumer protection plans are on the roadmap and are not available yet. As those modules come online, they are designed to feed the same recovery engine, so coverage details are already on file when a claim is built.
Who we serve: common questions
Is Dealer Suite 360 only for large dealerships?
No. Independent RV dealerships and multi-rooftop groups use the same service. Momentum and Turbo are built for a single rooftop and Enterprise for multi-location groups, all with unlimited claims. One flat monthly fee — often less than what an in-house claims position costs — and you keep 100% of what we recover.
Can a dealer group use Dealer Suite 360 at every rooftop?
Yes. Each rooftop follows the same claims workflow, and owners get consolidated visibility across stores while each location keeps its own staff and customer portals.
Do you work for RV manufacturers?
No, Dealer Suite 360 works for dealerships. Manufacturers benefit indirectly because the claims we file on their portals arrive complete, correctly coded and fully documented.
Which manufacturers and RV types do you cover?
We cover 16 major RV manufacturers, including Jayco, Forest River, Heartland, Keystone, Columbia NW and Midwest Auto, across all 10 RV types and 5 claim types.
Do you offer services to lenders or F&I providers?
Not yet. Financing and F&I modules are on the roadmap; today the live services are claims recovery, the dealership platform and warranty-program administration.
