Why it matters to your dealership
We’re a Canadian company serving Canadian dealerships first. PIPEDA sets the rules for how your customers’ personal information may be collected, used and protected in the course of business.
Our status
Dealer Suite 360 is built to meet PIPEDA obligations that apply to us. PIPEDA is a law; there is no PIPEDA certification.
How Dealer Suite 360 applies it
- Accountability: a named contact is responsible for privacy questions and requests.
- Limited collection and use: we collect only what claims and services require, and use it only for those purposes.
- Safeguards: role-based access, dealership data separation, encryption and two-factor authentication.
- Openness: our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it and how long we keep it.
- Individual access: people can ask to see, correct or delete their information.
Dealer Suite 360 is designed and operated in alignment with these frameworks. Alignment does not imply formal certification.
