About the role
A dealership’s warranty department either feeds clean claims or loses money. As a Warranty Manager with Dealer Suite 360, you make sure the partner dealerships in your province run theirs the right way.
You will work on site and remotely with service departments to set up and run warranty intake, PDI and DAF inspections on our platform, warranty and extended service plan records, and compliance with each manufacturer’s policies, feeding our claims team with files that get paid.
What you will do
- Set up and run warranty workflows at partner dealerships, from customer concern and authorization to repair order, inspection and hand-off to claims.
- Oversee PDI and DAF inspections on the Dealer Suite 360 platform, by VIN, with the photos and notes manufacturers require.
- Administer extended service plans and maintain accurate manufacturer and aftermarket warranty records.
- Keep dealers compliant with manufacturer warranty policies, including prior authorizations, parts retention and returns, and submission deadlines.
- Train service advisors, technicians and parts staff on warranty procedures and documentation standards.
- Work closely with the Warranty Claims Manager and claims specialists so every eligible repair becomes a clean claim.
- Audit warranty files and processes, and recommend improvements to dealer leadership.
What you bring
- 4+ years in a dealership warranty department (RV, powersports, marine or automotive), including 1+ year as warranty manager or administrator.
- Working knowledge of PDI and DAF processes, prior authorizations and parts-return procedures.
- Comfortable using manufacturer portals, dealer management systems and cloud software.
- A clear, patient trainer who can change habits in a busy service department.
- Able to travel regularly to partner dealerships in your province, with a valid driver’s licence.
Nice to have
- Experience administering extended service plans or aftermarket warranty programs.
- Technical background as an RV technician or service advisor.
- Fluency in more than one of English, French and Spanish.
What success looks like
- Partner dealerships follow a consistent, documented warranty process.
- Inspections are complete and on time, and warranty records are accurate for every unit.
- Claims leaving your dealerships need little rework before submission.
Languages
- Quebec: fluent French required, English an asset.
- Ontario, Alberta, BC: fluent English required; French or Spanish an asset.
