About the role
Dealer Suite 360 recovers the warranty money RV dealerships earn but too often never collect. As a Warranty Claims Manager, you own that result for a portfolio of partner dealerships in your province.
You will lead each claim from repair order to payment: building the file, submitting it on the manufacturer portal, following up and fighting denials and short-pays with the evidence needed to win. You will also work directly with dealer service teams so claims start clean.
What you will do
- Manage the full claims lifecycle for your dealer portfolio: DAF, PDI, warranty, extended-warranty and insurance claims.
- Build complete, policy-compliant claim files with correct labour operations and FRC codes, photos, technician notes and parts documentation.
- Submit and track claims on manufacturer and administrator portals, and keep every claim moving until it is paid.
- Dispute denials, short-pays and chargebacks with clear, documented appeals.
- Coach dealer service advisors and technicians on the documentation that gets claims approved the first time.
- Report recovery, aging and denial trends to dealers and to our leadership team, and flag recurring issues early.
- Mentor claims specialists and help build the playbooks our team uses across Canada.
What you bring
- 5+ years in RV, powersports, marine or automotive warranty administration, including 2+ years leading claims or a warranty department.
- Hands-on experience filing claims on at least one major RV manufacturer portal, such as Forest River, Jayco, Keystone, Heartland or Thor brands.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, labour time guides and parts-return procedures.
- Excellent written communication. Your claim narratives and appeals will be read by manufacturer reviewers.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage many open claims across several dealerships at once.
- Able to travel regularly to partner dealerships in your province, with a valid driver’s licence.
Nice to have
- Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) and service-department workflows.
- Experience with extended-warranty administrators and insurance claims.
- Fluency in more than one of English, French and Spanish.
What success looks like
- Your dealers’ claims are filed promptly, complete and approved the first time.
- Denials and short-pays are challenged and recovered wherever the evidence supports it.
- Dealer service teams in your province see you as their warranty expert.
Languages
- Quebec: fluent French required, English an asset.
- Ontario, Alberta, BC: fluent English required; French or Spanish an asset.
