About the role
Claims specialists are the heart of Dealer Suite 360. You will turn repair orders, photos and technician notes into complete claims that manufacturers approve.
Working remotely with our claims managers, you will handle a steady volume of DAF, PDI and warranty claims for dealerships across Canada, and see them through to payment.
What you will do
- Prepare accurate claims from repair orders, photos, technician notes and parts information.
- Apply the correct labour operations, FRC codes and manufacturer policies to each claim.
- Submit claims on manufacturer and administrator portals and track their status daily.
- Follow up on pending, returned and denied claims, and prepare resubmissions and appeals.
- Request missing documentation from dealer service teams clearly and promptly.
- Keep claim records current in the Dealer Suite 360 platform.
What you bring
- 1+ year of warranty administration or claims experience in an RV, powersports, marine or automotive dealership, or equivalent detailed back-office experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable learning several web portals and working to deadlines.
- Clear written communication.
- A reliable home office with a high-speed internet connection.
Nice to have
- Experience with Forest River, Jayco, Keystone, Heartland or Thor-brand warranty portals.
- Familiarity with RV systems and components.
- Fluency in more than one of English, French and Spanish.

- Fluent English required; French or Spanish a strong asset.
