About the role
Finance and insurance is where a dealership protects both its customers and its margins. Dealer Suite 360 is building an F&I program for RV dealerships, including co-branded protection products alongside the claims and warranty work we already deliver.
As F&I Manager, you will be the program’s lead in your province. You will work with partner dealerships on how finance and protection products are presented to RV buyers, train their teams, support deals and keep everything compliant.
What you will do
- Launch and grow the Dealer Suite 360 F&I program with partner dealerships in your province.
- Present and structure finance options and protection products for RV buyers, including extended service plans, GAP, appearance, tire and wheel, and roadside.
- Train dealership sales and F&I staff on compliant, customer-first menu presentation.
- Build working relationships with lenders and product providers, and support deal structuring and funding.
- Ensure disclosures, documentation and product sales meet provincial consumer-protection and licensing requirements.
- Track product penetration and program results, and bring dealer and customer feedback into product design.
What you bring
- 3+ years as an F&I (business) manager in an RV, powersports, marine or automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of retail financing, lender programs and protection products.
- Hold, or be able to obtain, any licence or registration your province requires to offer finance and insurance products.
- A consultative, ethical presenter who is at ease with customers and dealer principals.
- Organized and precise with deal paperwork and compliance.
- Able to travel regularly to partner dealerships in your province, with a valid driver’s licence.
Nice to have
- RV-specific F&I experience, including long-term financing and unit-specific protection products.
- Experience training or managing an F&I team.
- Fluency in more than one of English, French and Spanish.
What success looks like
- Partner dealerships in your province are live on the program and presenting products consistently.
- Customers understand what they buy, and every deal file is compliant.
- Dealer teams are confident presenting finance and protection options.
Languages
- Quebec: fluent French required, English an asset.
- Ontario, Alberta, BC: fluent English required; French or Spanish an asset.
