What we handle for Jayco dealers
The Jayco claims workflow your DMS was never built to run.
Build the claim
We inspect the unit and assemble the claim the way Jayco expects it: FRC lines, labor hours, parts, and the descriptions that survive review.
File on Jayco’s portal
Claims are submitted on Jayco’s own manufacturer portal. We file for you and log the claim number and pre-authorization number Jayco assigns.
Per-line FRC + photos
Each line gets the correct Jayco FRC code and close-up plus context photos — documentation attached per line, not per claim.
Appeal denials
A denied line is usually a fixable problem. We rework it, resubmit, and answer Jayco’s information requests.
Track to payment
We chase every line from approval through parts to paid, so nothing stalls on a busy service desk.
Reconcile invoices
We match part and repair invoices back to the correct claim lines and hand you clean, paid-out numbers.
How a Jayco claim flows
One workflow, owned end to end.
Inspect & build
We inspect the unit, identify the covered work, and build each FRC line with the labor, parts, and per-line photos Jayco review demands.
File on the portal
We submit the claim on Jayco’s manufacturer portal and record the claim and pre-authorization numbers Jayco assigns to it.
Fight each line
Jayco reviews line by line. We push back on denials and partial approvals, resubmitting with the documentation each line needs.
Get paid
We track approved lines through parts and repair to payment, then reconcile the invoices so the recovered money is accounted for.
Jayco claims run on Jayco’s system — we run it for you
Every manufacturer maintains its own claims portal and its own FRC system, and those codes are not universal — a code that fits one manufacturer’s catalogue does not carry over to another. Claims for Jayco are built and submitted to Jayco’s standard, on Jayco’s portal.
The manufacturer, not the dealer, assigns the claim number and the pre-authorization number, and reviews each line on its own terms. Jayco builds a wide range of RV types, and we handle that same workflow across all of them — so your team doesn’t have to become experts in a portal they touch a few times a week.
- Claims filed on Jayco’s own manufacturer portal
- FRC lines built to Jayco’s system — codes are never universal across manufacturers
- Claim and pre-authorization numbers logged as Jayco assigns them
- Every Jayco RV type covered, across DAF, PDI, warranty, extended warranty, and insurance
You approve the approach. We build, file, and fight every Jayco claim — visible in your portal in real time.
Jayco warranty claim questions
Do you file on the Jayco portal for us?
Yes. Claims are submitted on Jayco’s own manufacturer portal — we do that for you, and we log the claim number and pre-authorization number Jayco assigns to each one.
What Jayco claim types do you handle — DAF, PDI, warranty?
All of them: DAF and PDI inspections, manufacturer warranty, extended warranty, and insurance claims. Getting DAF and PDI right up front protects the warranty claims that follow.
How do Jayco denials get appealed?
A denial is usually a fixable problem — a mismatched FRC line, a thin description, or a missing per-line photo. We rework the line, answer Jayco’s information requests, resubmit, and push partial approvals toward full recovery.
What does it cost?
A percentage of what we recover. No retainers and no per-seat software fees — if a Jayco claim recovers nothing, you owe nothing on it.
Does this replace our DMS?
No. We run alongside your DMS and handle the Jayco claims workflow it doesn’t — building, filing, fighting, and reconciling each claim to payment, all visible in your dealer portal.
