Consumer protection — on the platform roadmap

Extended Warranty Protection for your RV

Your manufacturer warranty has an end date. Your RV doesn't. A consumer-direct extended warranty program is on the Dealer Suite 360 roadmap — protection that keeps you covered long after the factory warranty expires, so one repair bill doesn't ruin your season. Warranty claims recovery is what we do today; this owner-facing coverage comes online as the platform grows. Nothing on this page is for sale yet, and no prices are invented — details are confirmed at launch.

Making a claim is designed to be simple

When the program launches, this is how the claims experience is designed to work.

1

Call or submit online

When a covered issue occurs, you'll contact our claims team by phone or submit a claim through your customer portal. No need to call the manufacturer directly.

2

Authorization

Our claims team reviews coverage and issues a repair authorization to the service facility of your choice. The process is designed for fast, often same-day turnaround.

3

Repair & reimburse

Covered repairs are completed by the service facility. Payment goes directly to the shop for authorized work. You pay only any applicable deductible.

Coverage will be backed by licensed insurers

Every Dealer Suite 360 extended warranty plan will be underwritten by licensed Canadian and US insurance carriers. When the program launches, your coverage will be backed by the financial strength of regulated insurance companies — not just a dealer promise.

Frequently asked questions

What to know about the planned consumer extended warranty program.

Is this extended warranty available to buy today?

Not yet. Warranty claims recovery — building, filing, and fighting RV warranty claims to payment — is live today. This consumer-direct extended warranty program is a planned offering on the Dealer Suite 360 roadmap. Nothing on this page is for sale yet, there is no fake availability, and the pricing shown is a placeholder confirmed at launch.

Will I be able to get coverage for any RV?

Coverage will be available for RVs in good mechanical condition with no pre-existing issues. Units will be subject to a qualifying inspection or review of service history before coverage is bound. The program is planned for travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A, Class C, and most specialty RV types.

Will there be a deductible?

Yes. Deductibles will vary by plan. Specific deductible amounts, and any zero-deductible upgrade options, are confirmed at launch — no figures are invented here.

Will I be able to cancel my extended warranty?

Plans will include a cancellation window with a full refund if cancelled early, and pro-rated refunds on unused coverage after that. Exact cancellation terms are confirmed in the policy agreement at launch.

Will coverage follow the RV or the owner?

Extended warranty coverage will be attached to the RV's VIN. If you sell your RV, the remaining coverage can be transferred to the new owner — a selling feature that can enhance trade-in value.
