When the module comes online, you will not buy from an unfamiliar third party. You will add protection through your selling dealer, at purchase or later. Each plan will be VIN-attached to your unit, and every covered claim will flow through the same A-Z engine that recovers dealer warranty money today — the same portal, the same people, the same workflow you can already see working.

No. Consumer protection is a planned module on the Dealer Suite 360 roadmap — it is not on sale today, and there is no fake availability here. The live product is managed warranty claims recovery for dealers. This page describes what is coming, presented honestly.
When it launches, can I add protection after buying my RV?
That is the plan. When consumer protection comes online, you will be able to add plans through your selling dealer either at purchase or later. Some products — paint protection especially — are ideally applied before the unit is placed into service, so earlier is better. Availability by unit age and condition is confirmed at launch, not promised here.
How will claims work?
When the module is live, covered claims will be submitted through the Dealer Suite 360 customer portal or the claims team, then processed through the same A-Z engine that recovers dealer warranty claims today. For paint and fabric claims the plan is to connect you with an authorized applicator in your region.
Will protection plans transfer if I sell my RV?
The plan is for every plan to be VIN-attached and transferable to a new owner — a valuable selling feature that can support resale value. Final transfer terms are confirmed when the module launches.
