How DS360 works

How DS360 works

Your dealership handles the repairs. We handle everything around them. This guide shows who does what, from the first photo to the payment.

What DS360 is

DS360 is an external claims desk for RV dealerships. Our team builds, files and follows your warranty claims to payment. The DS360 app and portal are the bridge between your service team and ours. They are not a tool for you to do claims yourself.

DS360 is never on site. We work remotely, from the photos, notes and work orders your team sends through the app and the portal.

Managed claims are where every dealership starts. Other services, such as roadside assistance for your buyers and the growth programs, are added on top of that relationship.

What your team does

Five things, all on your side of the counter.

01

Capture the unit

Scan the VIN in the DS360 app and take the photos the app asks for. Add a short note on an issue if it helps.

02

Upload the work order

Add the work order and any issues the customer reported, so we can match each repair to the right unit.

03

Approve the next steps

We tell you what is claimable and what the manufacturer has authorized. You approve before the work starts.

04

Do the repair

Your technicians do the work in your shop, as they do today.

05

Confirm completion

Mark the work as done in the portal so we can request payment.

What DS360 does

Everything around the repair is on our side.

Photo analysis

We review every photo and log each issue against the VIN.

Claimability screening

We decide what is claimable. We drop dealer-prep misses, customer damage and no-fault-found items, so you don’t eat denials.

Complaint, Cause and Correction

We write the 3C for each issue and choose the right FRC (Flat-Rate Code) lines for that manufacturer.

Filing and follow-up

We submit the claim on the manufacturer portal, request pre-authorizations where needed and follow up until a decision.

Denials and info requests

We answer the manufacturer’s questions and object to denials. If we need something from you, we ask through a support request.

Parts and payment

We order and track claim parts (you pay the part cost), request payment, match it to the claim and close the claim.

What you see in the portal

Every claim shows its status in your dealer portal, so you never have to call to find out where it stands. You see the photos, the lines and each decision.

When we need more from you, such as a clearer photo or a missing work order, you get a support request marked “DS360 needs more information”. Answer it in the portal and attach what we asked for.

Common questions

Do we file the claims ourselves?

No. DS360 builds and files every claim. Your team captures the unit in the app, and we do the rest.

Do we need to know FRC codes or write the 3C?

No. Choosing FRC lines and writing the Complaint, Cause and Correction is our work. You never need to pick a code.

Does someone from DS360 come to our lot?

No. DS360 is never on site. We work from the photos and documents your team sends.

Which claims do you handle?

DAF, PDI, warranty, extended warranty (from the manufacturer or a third-party warranty company) and insurance claims. Coverage terms are set by each manufacturer: Manufacturer Warranties Apply.

How do we pay for it?

One flat monthly plan per rooftop. There is no per-claim fee and no share of what we recover. See the plans and pricing guide.

Next step

Find out what you’re leaving on the table.

A free claims audit shows you exactly how much warranty money is recoverable — with no obligation and nothing to install.
