Plans and pricing | DS360 Knowledge Center. Momentum $799/month, Turbo $1,499/month, Enterprise by quote. One plan per rooftop, 20% off annual plans, no per-claim fee.
The three plans
Every plan includes the full claims service. Turbo adds speed and hands-on help. Enterprise adds every location.
Momentum: $799 a month
For one rooftop. We build, file and follow every claim to payment: DAF, PDI, warranty, extended warranty and insurance. Claim parts are ordered and tracked for you (you pay the part cost). You follow every claim in your portal and get a monthly recovery report.
Turbo: $1,499 a month
For one rooftop. Everything in Momentum, plus priority filing, a dedicated claims specialist, an aged and unfiled claims sweep when you join and then every 12 months, a monthly review call, denial-reason reporting and one warranty training session per quarter.
Enterprise: by quote
For dealer groups and dealerships with several locations. Every rooftop in your group on one plan, with group-wide reporting, consolidated or per-location invoicing and a dedicated account team. Enterprise includes the same claims sweep and training allowance as Turbo.
What one rooftop means
A plan covers the claims of one rooftop: the location it is bought for. If you run a second location, it needs its own plan, or your group moves to Enterprise.
Enterprise is priced for your group, your rooftops and your volume. Ask for a quote and we plan the rollout location by location.
Monthly or annual
You can pay monthly, or sign for 12 months and save 20%. On annual billing, Momentum works out to $639.20 a month and Turbo to $1,199.20 a month, billed once a year.
An annual plan is a 12-month commitment. Enterprise billing terms are set in your quote.
What you never pay
Every claim, one flat price. There is no per-claim fee and no share of the claims we recover. The money the manufacturer pays stays with your dealership.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes. Add-ons, such as roadside assistance for your buyers or a pre-season PDI preparation, are priced separately. The next guide explains what is included and what is an add-on.
Choosing and changing your plan
Pick a plan when you request access
Choose Momentum or Turbo, monthly or annual, on the pricing page or on the sign-up form. Nothing is charged until we approve your dealership.
Start billing in the portal
Once you are approved, the dealer owner confirms the plan and adds a card under My Subscription. The Getting started checklist walks you through it.
Move up or switch to annual
The dealer owner can upgrade to Turbo or switch to annual billing from My Subscription. For Enterprise, request a quote.
Common questions
Is there a per-claim fee or a percentage of our claims?
No. Your plan is a flat monthly price. We never charge per claim or take a share of what we recover.
Which plan fits a busy single store?
Turbo. It suits a single rooftop with a high claim volume, several brands or a backlog of aged claims to clear.
We have two locations. Can one plan cover both?
No. Each rooftop needs its own plan. With several locations, Enterprise puts every rooftop on one plan.
Who can change the plan?
The dealer owner, from My Subscription in the portal. Staff accounts can’t change billing.
Who do we ask about pricing?
Write to [email protected] for plans and quotes, or [email protected] for invoices.
