Payments

How to pay

Pay by card in your portal, or send larger amounts by Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer or ACH. You can also prepay a wallet and pay invoices from it.

Ways to pay

Card, in your portal

Your plan renews on the card on file. To pay an open invoice by card, open it under Invoices and click Pay by card.

Interac e-Transfer

Send it to [email protected]. Put the invoice number in the message so we can match your payment.

Bank transfer (Canada)

Email [email protected] and we send you our bank details. We don’t publish them.

ACH (US)

For US dealerships. Email [email protected] for the ACH details. You send the payment; we never pull it from your account.

Your DS360 wallet

Prepay your wallet, then pay an invoice from its balance. A wallet payment covers the whole invoice.

Pay an invoice in the portal

The dealer owner sees every invoice on the Invoices page: plan, add-ons and quotes, in one list.

01

Open Invoices

In the portal menu, under Money, click Invoices. Open invoices show the amount due.

02

Choose how to pay

Click Pay by card to pay on a secure card page, or Pay from wallet if your balance covers the invoice. Pay from wallet asks you to confirm first.

03

Paying another way?

Each invoice shows a How to pay panel with the e-Transfer, bank transfer and ACH instructions. Include the invoice number with your payment.

Use the wallet

01

Open Wallet

In the portal menu, under Money, click Wallet. You see your balance, your open invoices and every transaction.

02

Fund it

Click Fund Wallet to add money. The wallet shows the amounts and any deposit bonus that applies.

03

Pay from it

From an open invoice, click Pay from wallet. The new balance shows right away.

What we never do

We never debit your bank account. There are no pre-authorized debits, and ACH is always a transfer you send. Bill payment through your bank isn’t offered.

Your plan is a flat monthly or annual price. No invoice line is ever a percentage of your claims or a per-claim fee.

Common questions

Who can pay invoices?

The dealer owner. Staff accounts don’t see billing.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Prices are in CAD and exclude taxes. Your billing address sets the sales tax on your invoices.

Can the wallet pay part of an invoice?

No. A wallet payment covers the whole invoice. If your balance is too low, fund the wallet or pay by card.

I sent an e-Transfer. When does the invoice show as paid?

Once we match the payment to your invoice. Including the invoice number makes that faster.

Who do I ask about an invoice?

For payments, write to [email protected]. For invoices and plan changes, write to [email protected].
