Included vs add-ons | DS360 Knowledge Center. What every DS360 claims plan includes, which services are add-ons with their own price, and what is still in development.
Included in every plan
Managed claims
DAF, PDI, warranty, extended warranty and insurance claims, built, filed and followed to payment.
Claim parts ordering and tracking
We order parts for your claims through your manufacturer portal access or the suppliers you name, and track them to the claim line. You pay the part cost.
Extended warranty claims
Processed the same way, whether the coverage comes from the manufacturer or a third-party warranty company.
Your portal
Live status on every claim, support requests, and a customer portal so your owners can follow their own claim.
Add-ons
All prices are in CAD and exclude taxes.
Aged & unfiled claims sweep
$1,500 one-time. We review past repair orders for covered work that was never claimed and pursue what is still recoverable. Turbo includes one when you join and one every 12 months.
Pre-season PDI preparation
$1,000 one-time. PDI checklists, photo standards and workflows set up before spring deliveries.
Warranty training
$750 per session. Documentation, FRC line and photo-evidence training for your service team. Turbo includes one session per quarter.
Roadside assistance
Priced by quote, on your needs and annual volume. Dealers who received an invitation code activate it with that code. See the roadside guide.
Growth programs
Nine early-access programs, such as service campaigns, direct mail, ads and reviews. Each program page shows its price. You request access.

DS360 parts supply
Later, DS360 will also supply claim parts as a third-party supplier. It will not be an add-on and has no fee.
How you buy an add-on in the portal
The dealer owner orders add-ons from the Add-ons page. Add-ons need an active plan.
Fixed price: Buy
Items with a fixed price have a Buy button. They are charged to the card on file. If your plan includes one, the button reads Book (included).
Quote: Request a quote
Roadside and quoted items open a short request. Our team sends you a quote.
Accept the quote
When the quote is ready, review it and click Accept quote. We invoice it, and you pay the invoice like any other.
Growth programs: Request access
Tell us what you need. We confirm what is available in your region and how it is billed before anything starts.
Follow it in My purchases
Each purchase moves from Paid to Scheduled, In progress and Done. Each one has its own support request, so you can ask questions in one place.
Common questions
Are claim parts an add-on?
No. Ordering and tracking claim parts is included in every plan. You pay only the cost of the parts.
Can my staff buy add-ons?
No. Staff see the Add-ons page read-only: what your dealership has and where each service stands. The dealer owner orders and changes add-ons.
We are on Turbo. Do we pay for the claims sweep?
No. Turbo includes one sweep when you join and one every 12 months, plus one training session per quarter. You can buy extra sessions at the add-on price.
Can we stop a monthly growth program?
Yes. The dealer owner can end it from My purchases. It stays active until the end of the period already paid.
