Roadside

Roadside assistance for your buyers

Roadside assistance is a DS360 add-on your dealership offers to the RV owners you sell to. You activate it with an invitation code or a quote, then enroll each eligible buyer at delivery.

Two ways to activate it

With an invitation code

DS360 sends invitation letters to selected dealerships. The 10-character code is printed on the letter. A new dealership enters it on the dealer roadside page to open its account. An existing DS360 dealership redeems it in the portal: Roadside program, Have an invitation code?, then Redeem the code. The program terms come with your letter.

With a quote

No code? Request a quote. Roadside is priced on your needs and your annual unit volume. In the portal, open Roadside program and click Request a quote, or use the roadside quote form on our site. The program opens once your quote is activated.

Enroll your buyers

The Roadside program page in your portal has two parts.

01

Dealership profile

Complete it once: legal business name, address, main contact and phone. It is required before you enroll clients.

02

Enroll a client

For each eligible buyer, enter their name and address, the unit’s VIN and model year, and the purchase date. Fill from my units can complete the unit details from your inventory.

03

Choose the language

Pick English or French for the client’s welcome package, then click Enroll the client.

04

We ship the welcome package

DS360 prepares and ships the welcome package: the owner’s roadside membership details and an invitation to the customer app. You can follow each one as Being prepared, then Shipped.

Who is eligible: only clients who bought their unit on or after the date your dealership joined the roadside program. That is why the purchase date is asked at enrollment. The date cannot be in the future.

What roadside covers

Assistance is matched to the registered unit. A motorhome and a travel trailer don’t need the same help on the road. Towing coordination, dispatch and updates to your client are handled remotely by DS360 through the platform. DS360 is never on site.

The program terms define the eligible units, the covered assistance and the coverage zone around your dealership.

Extra Owner Program pieces

Optional Owner Program pieces you order separately, such as extra welcome packets or milestone mailers, are billed per piece. Their prices are on the Owner Program page.

A premium tier, Titanium Roadside & Travel, is in development. It is not available yet; you can join the waitlist from the roadside page.

Common questions

Do we need a claims plan to offer roadside?

No. A dealership that joins with an invitation code can run the roadside program on its own. Other DS360 services open when you choose a plan.

Can we enroll a buyer who bought before we joined?

No. Only units bought on or after the date your dealership joined the roadside program are eligible.

Can we cancel an enrollment?

Yes, before the welcome package ships. Open the client in the Enrolled clients list on the Roadside program page.

Where do RV owners get help on the road?

They call the number on their roadside card. The roadside help page for owners is on our site.
