Growth programs | DS360 Knowledge Center. How DS360 growth programs work: what early access and roadmap mean, how to request access, how billing is agreed, and how you follow a program.
Early access and roadmap
Early access
Delivered today as a managed service, priced as shown on the program page. Availability is confirmed by region before anything starts.
Roadmap
In development and not available yet. Roadmap programs have no price.

How to join an early-access program
Request access
Click Request access on the program page. If you already use DS360, the dealer owner can also open Add-ons in the portal and click Request access under Growth programs.
We scope it with you
We confirm the program is available in your region and talk through your market, your units and your goals for the season.
Billing is agreed in writing
Each program has its own billing model: monthly, per piece, a flat project or a fee per measured result. The price and, where it applies, the attribution rules are agreed in writing before launch.
Launch and follow it
Once it starts, the program appears in My purchases on the Add-ons page, with its status and its own support request for questions.
Good to know
Growth programs are separate from your claims plan. Nothing about them is charged on your claims: warranty claims stay one flat plan price.
For paid ads, the ad spend is paid by your dealership on top of the management fee. No performance figures are published before results are measured.
Programs are modular. You can start with one and add others later. A monthly program can be ended from My purchases; it stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Common questions
Do we need a claims plan to request access?
You can ask about any program from its page. In the portal, buying services and growth programs needs an active plan.
Can I join the waitlist for a roadmap program?
Roadmap programs are in development. Contact us to say you are interested, and we will let you know when one opens.
Is owner data shared with anyone?
No. Your customers stay your customers. Owners are enrolled with documented consent, and we never sell or share your owner list.
