Q: How do I ask about a brand that isn’t listed?

We handle warranty claims for 16 RV manufacturers, and we cover all models. Each manufacturer has its own rules, so we build every claim to that manufacturer’s standard.

Sub-brands

Some brands are built by a parent manufacturer. We list them under that parent, and their claims are filed the same way: Palomino is under Forest River, and Starcraft is under Jayco.

If a unit carries a brand name you don’t see here, it may belong to one of these 16. Ask us and we will confirm.

What “we cover all models” means

For each manufacturer on the list, we handle claims on every model it builds, towable or motorized. You don’t need to check a model list before you capture a unit.

Coverage itself is set by the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer Warranties Apply: what the manufacturer covers, and for how long, is in its own warranty terms.
